Cancellation Policy
Deposit required to book. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before 72 hours before your appointment time you may transfer the previous deposit to the new appointment. Only allowed to transfer deposit one time.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount that was booked for that day. 72 hour notice required for cancellations to avoid a 30% cancellation fee/loss of deposit.
If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment we will have to reschedule and you will be charged the FULL service amount you were booked for. If I have time I will provide a lesser service at the price of the original appointment.
If you're late, it causes me to be late to my other clients. As you all know I pride my self on being on time. Please respect my time as I respect yours. Thank you 😊
